November Challange- Need a push??

I want to start a challenge for anyone who needs a little "push". This challenge will be for people who want to lose more than 5lbs in a months time. I have lost about 10 lbs a month, except for Oct. which is the reason I need this challenge. Who is with me??

Please weigh in once a week. Whatever day works best for you will be the day you log your weight for the week.

I will be weighing in on Mondays So I will start this Challenge tomorrow on November 1st!!

    Hmmmm.. I only lost 4 lbs in October. Wonder if I can do 10 in November.. Ok.. I'm in! After all, what have I got to lose? (10lbs of course! I know, I know.. bad joke!)

    I am in. I am getting married April 23rd and really need to buckle down. I would be extremely happy if I could lose 5 lbs this month. Anything over would just be amazing!!!

    Yup I'm in, I need to be held accountable!!! I started November off on the right foot by going to the gym this morning and starting over on here.. Mondays are my weigh-in date as well. CW = 155, GW for Nov 29 = 149.

    I need a push. I am in the 30 pounds by Christmas challange. It was week 2 weigh in today my total so far is 6 pounds. I have a long way to go. :sad:

    Count me in! I so need this push! I have been working on the 7 pounds I gained back while on Vacation in August! Yikes!

    I'm restarting today and I really need a push or a quick kick in the butt to get me going with the holidays coming up. We have a cruise on april 30th so would love to take off 50 lbs by then.
    Weight on tuesdays since starting today and weight is 238.2(yikes!)

    me and my bestie started Couch to 5K yesterday. Woohoo! Can't wait for the end of the 9 weeks when we run a full 5k! Had to get that out because I am sure in 9 weeks I will be singing a new song. I really know I have a runner buried deep inside of me that is ready to be released!

    I had one yeast chocolate covered donut. I know, probably NOT the best choice but a big accomplishment for being able to just eat one. YAY!!
