Just Starting

Hi I am new to this diet thing and I am scared I won't be able to pull it off. I need to lose about 50 lbs. in order to be healthy and help my back problems out. Any support I can get will help me! I have a weakness with snacking and I LOVE chocolate! Especially that Nutella Hazelnut spread I eat it by the spoonfuls when I get a craving for chocolate. It is high in calories so that should be a No No for me! Wish me luck on my new diet adventure! :-)

    "I don't know if I can do this"

    I CAN do this and I WILL do it for ME. One day at a time. There will be days you slip. There will be Good days. One day at a time and and a new lifestyle. The favorite bad treat may have to go away.... or be teeny bites once in awhile for the taste, but you don't need a whole serving. Some do better without totally taking out something they love, and others Have to.
