It is late in the evening, still too many calories to eat...

That is where I am today. I am 486 calories under, it is late, I am not at all hungry. What are your favorite ways to get those calories in without stuffing yourself right before bedtime?

    4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • I just went and had two! Wasn't bad either though the dog wanted to lick the spoon too.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't eat them if I wasn't hungry, and just have something extra delicious and high cal tomorrow.

If you are not hungry, don't eat. No? I mean if it is not a continuous daily occurrence - which would then raise alarm maybe.

And why not let the dog lick the spoon....awwwwwwwww.
