We are currently in Vero beach florida right now headed to miami for thanksgiving. We visited a local beach on cloudy day and my husband took some photos of me in the swim suit. I was really pleasantly surprised with these photos since I wasn't even looking or rehearsing an angle or flexing or whatever and I felt like I looked kinda good. Plus the if the cameras add 10 lbs I'm really thrilled with these photos. Just had to share. I don't have before photos. Sorry for that. My post is kinda dull compared to the others I guess.

I workout only 3-4 times a week I have a very busy schedule and 3 times a week is all I can fit. When I workout I do cardio for 20-25 mins and do weight training and resistance training for 40-45 mins. I lift as heavy as I can doing 10 reps of 3 sets. My diet is really just a balanced diet with a 300 calorie deficit everyday. I don't follow any special diet or do low carb. I just log and eat at a deficit.0 -
