I'm on a few restrictions because of issues in my medical history so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions outside of walking (b/c I do plenty of that already) and lifting dumbbells. My restrictions are as follows:
- Don't lift anything above 10 pounds
- No ladders/step stools
- No excessive bending or over-reaching
I want to be able to keep some form of light exercise going, especially for my thighs, b/c I already feel like a fat blob.

I do Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds - and I know you mentioned nothing walking but this is a more interesting alternative. Resistance bands are really awesome too.0

I love to swim but don't have access to indoor pools As for Zumba and salsa dancing, I'm not going to risk it. My sister-in-law has prenatal yoga DVDs I may try. Resistance training was in there (as well as mentioned above) so I may need to check that out as well. Thanks.0 -
You could always try the Slim In 6 workouts. You utilize a resistance band and can modify to suit your needs!
Friend me if you want more details, I own it myself!0
