I had Penne all'Arrabbiata, made with wholemeal penne and a super hot chilli tomato sauce.

All I did was to reduced the amount of olive oil in the sauce as I usually make it quite rich.

It was super satisfying but I had so much of it (two bowls full) that I decided to sacrifice my supper in order to stay inside my calorie goal for the day.

    Still, it was worth it!
  • Vegan mashed potatoes and leftover Gardein turk'y gravy from Thanksgiving. My TMJ is acting up and I can't chew. :'(

I had roast beef, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, carrots and brussel sprouts. Followed by raspberry tart and (just one tablespoon) cream. I'm still full

Veggie burger on a whole-grain sandwich thin, handful of baby carrots. I'm boring today.

1 cup of my easy chili (as opposed to my chop everything up myself chili), 1/8 c. cheddar cheese, a serving of blue corn tortilla chips and an Arnold Palmer. Then I walked the dog and ate a 120 calorie pack of snickerdoodle buttons.

Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice and broccoli
  • I had sugar snap peas, ranch dressing, turkey and cheese.

Was hungry after that light lunch, so just had lunch #2 of salmon on saltines.

I had Progresso Light Chicken and Cheese Enchilada soup with light salt tortilla strips, a salad with celery, cucumber, Asian Medley cashew and rice noodle sprinkles and balsamic vinegar (my current favorite thing ever).

That soup sound great. I don't think I have seen that flavor on the shelves in my area, but I will be on the look out for it.
  • Tuna (prepared), mild cheddar cheese, and Hawaiin rolls (x2) = awesome little tuna melt sliders! Yummy!

Woke up with the tummy bug this morning  so lunch plans out the window. I WAS going to have pineapple-teriyaki pulled pork on a low carb-high fiber wrap, but I'm sticking with clear liquids...so beef broth it is! :ohwell:

Sweet potato oatmeal casserole and a homemade latte, then a carrot bran muffin with cream cheese. I'll call it brunch.

It's new, and awesome! I found it at Walmart. Went back to buy out the store and there was only one can left! I am hunting tomorrow for more. I'm not a big soup lover, but this soup is amazing!
