The first pic is of me this past summer. I tried the same shirt on yesterday, 30 pounds down, and compared pics. Pictures really show the difference!
Now 53 more pounds and that shirt ought to hang off of me.

I have hit the 30lb mark and I can honestly say NOW its when people have noticed... Every day on my way into work someone has commented and its a great feeling... Still when you see it on yourself you can be critical! Me looking at that picture I can see a world of difference. Keep going and good work!0
