cooked turkey vs. raw turkey calories?

I have a decent amount of leftover turkey from thanksgiving and on the packaging on the turkey it said a 4 oz serving is 120 calories. I am assuming his is a the serving for the raw turkey. Now that the turkey was baked in the oven how many calories would 4 oz of cooked turkey be? I want to make a turkey salad and want to get a somewhat accurate calorie count of the ingredients I am putting in. Thanks!

    Search the MFP database for "turkey, cooked" and you should see different cuts of meat and different methods of cooking. Entries without an asterisk are the official entries and should be accurate.
