I did WW first to learn how to make smarter choices and portion control. Now I just use MFP. I go to the gym a couple times a week and started doing yoga. I think I finally found out why I always failed at diets. I always would try something extreme...no carbs or no fat. I would feel so deprived that I would quit. This time around I am doing things balanced. If I want something I eat it, but a small amount or make up by eating super healthy the rest of the week. Most importantly I keep a positive attitude. This is a lifestyle change not a diet, so I am okay with losing slow.

Awesome, I struggle all the time. I do HCG at times and keep most of the weight off for a year or two then it starts to creep back up. I've gained 9 pounds in the last week due to the holidays and food addictions...
