Although watching the dynamics of the gym is fun, my headphones help to get out on time.0 -
definitely headphones for me too.. One time I forgot socks.. that was awful.0

If anything it would be the sound of some idiot getting killed by weights cause he is trying to lift more than he knows he can to impress someone >.>0 -
for me it's my Sweaty Band and 2 ponytail holders to put my hair up in piggies. I can't stand my hair getting all in the way of my exercise!0

self conscious? why sweetheart? Im sure you look better than half of the crocidiles in your gym ^_^.
But when I started out i was like that too, the eyes of people watching me hop on a treadmill at 400lbs. Thank goodness for headphones. I dont wish that kind of attention on anyone =/0 -
Water and Music Tie for number one....but if I had to choose...music would be number 1...I would use a water fountain if necessary lol0

Headphones, Phone (for music), Water bottle, HRM
That's about all I need. It sucks hardcore if I forget my headphones cause music is the thing that motivates me the most in the whole world! Even at home.0 -

I've managed to work out at various times with various levels of discomfort after forgetting:

socks
sneakers
sports bra
headphones
The only time I turned around and went home was when I forgot my bike lock. No way I'm leaving my bike outside the gym!
Haha, one time I forgot my sports bra for rugby practice. I had a regular bra but it was more than worthless for any type of sport. Rather than skip practice, I borrowed a teammates XS tshirt and wore it like a sports bra. Hahaha it totally worked but it was sooo ridiculous.0 -

I simply have a water bottle, sweat towel, and key chain (with the key card on it) and (on lifting day) a very small pocket sized notebook and pen to keep track of my sets.0
