I find the best way to eat as good as possible, is to enter my menu in MFP, the day before. I plan ahead so I know best where my day is going.

It is hard, I have bad days, but not as many, due to planning.

We can motivate each other. You can add me as a friend if you would like to.

    Goodluck

Eating right *can be* hard. The key is to not go overboard. I dont eat great, but knowing where I stand with my calories has helped quite a bit and I'm still seeing losses each week. Granted, I've only be going for 3 weeks (in the 4th week now). I've started using a measuring cup to measure the things I can, and may even end up buying a decent food scale to help further. Just remember... if you eat worse than you hoped for the day, try and exercise that much more to make up for it.

Hi. Glad to be here. I had lost 17 pounds over the summer but now with the holidays coming up, I was throwing it away. Gotta get back on the bandwagon.

I'm convinced that it is really all about a slow but steady lifestyle change. It is really hard. You need to be ready. I have tried and failed many times because I had unrealistic expectations. Old habits can be so difficult to break. But the thing is, you can do this. Whatever the problem is, just slowly taper it from your diet. Whether it is fast food, or sugar, or whatever. Small positive steps in the right direction, count as success. And that success feels good. It makes it easier to push further. Go to your home page and fill it out.
