Several people at my office have lost a lot of weight all by increasing their activity and logging their foods. They use the fit bit and synch it with myfitnesspal. I just wonder if I can really lose weight by eating 2000 calories. I am an active person and when I go to the gym and add an addition 35 minutes of activity it comes to be almost 2000 calories a day. That just seems like a lot to me. I'm so used to the mindset of sticking to a 1200 calorie diet where I am starving and feeling deprived!!

I lose weight eating 2350/day. I have a Fitbit and 2350/day puts me at a 250 calorie/day deficit for a 0.5 pound loss/week. I have surpassed my goal weight doing this.0
