Easy healthy dessert, how did I not think of this before?

So, I'm a late night snacker, and I like sweets, so I was eating a low of sugar free fat free pudding just to save calories so I can eat as much real food with good nutrients in the day and still get my sweet snack late night. But I didn't have any and so I just made some quaker weight control oatmeal (banana bread flavor) which is 150 calories and low in sugar, it's good carbs cause it's oatmeal and it really fills you up, and then just with a sprinkle of chocolate chips for chocolately sweetness and not very many calories at all. It's so easy and such a good satisfying dessert.

I like Plain FAGE Total Classic (Full Fat) for dessert, so creamy, just a hint of sweetness you get from full fat dairy ...

i do this but with cream of wheat. i love oatmeal but cream of wheat is nice and creamy, and i microwave it for a bit longer to make it more dry-ish, it tastes like soft sugar cookies.. yum. 100 calories per packet (for the original flavour), planning to try their other flavors as well

Quaker makes cookies. I love the peanut butter oatmeal (and I don't even like oatmeal cookies). Four cookies are 170 cals, 8 g of fat, and 12 g of sugar. I think that the package of 4 cookies is about 38 g. Just saying that you can have a "real" cookie/dessert for about the same amt of cals.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup "Ice Cream": 2 frozen bananas in the blender with some unsweetened cocoa powder and peanut butter!

Tastes like heaven and is totally guilt free. :)

Ooh, that sounds easy and good...

Here's a very easy recipe I learned a long time ago. I have to try it again.

    1) Core an apple, but leave the bottom part so there's a hole.
    2) Pour diet red soda in there and put in a few red hot candies.
    3) Bake until apple is soft.

Tastes like the candy apples you'd have at the fair. I think this was a Weight Watchers recipe from years ago. I just remember it was very good and very low in sugar and fat.

    Enjoy!

i usually do 1/2 cup dry oats cooked and add in applesauce cinnamon and stevia, that is a delicious dessert. also good with some maple syrup added it. or chocolate protein powder mixed in to oatmeal is awesome. plain greek yogurt with either chocolate protein powder or unsweetened cocoa powder is legit for dessert as well

I'm all about the greek yogurt; I do 1 cup nonfat plain (120 cals, 22 g protein), 3/4 cup frozen berry blend (70 cals, 4 gram fiber) and 1 packet stevia sweetener (approx 0 cals). Also good as a breakfast :)

I live in a community where the vast majority of people are 100% Greek. I am not by heritage, but food-wise, I love Greek food. Recently, while on the docks at a Greek place, I got a dessert that was so simple: Slices of apple drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon. All natural, high in sugars but I love that they are natural sugars. When that craving hits, I almost always make this at home
