Difficult day....

So I started out strong with logging my food and all, and this evening was a flop! Anybody have teenagers that get under the skin, but you totally love them, and you just want a way out? Well, that happened tonight to me. Had a few cocktails, and then had my biggest downfall........ melted cheese! So not good, and I know that. Feeling 'slumpy' right now, but I do know tomorrow is a new day, and I know where I want to be in weight and size. Good luck to those going through what I am!

Everyone needs a bad day every once in a while. But that's the key... "once in a while".

We all have a bad day here and there. Maybe set some goals for the next day. Plan ahead and prepare your meals and snacks for the next day. Make a one time commitment for tomorrow such as, :I am going to drink more water" or "I am going to go walking around the block a few times - no matter what." For me, tonight I am going to bed early....opps too late. I signing off this computer....

I did fabulous today and then caved and ate half a box of Cinnamon Life while doing a project. Ugh. :(

Tomorrow is a new day! :)

I had a couple of "bad" days around Halloween. More like 3, but I love the candy.

I honestly believe MFP and the support found here can be the difference between a minor slip and complete failure.

Be proud that you acknowledge it and that you are ready to work it off.

It won't always work. But can you put on your walking shoes and take a 30 minute brisk walk to clear your head? Or a cold glass of wine in a hot bubble bath with music up loud?

My teens are in their 20's now, but I remember so well how it was! It gets better. They mature. You will feel better after if you take care of yourself now! Mom time out's help better long term than mom pig outs.

Hang in there! One day at a time. Tomorrow is a new day!

Cheese is one of my biggest downfalls too. I only buy it in small quantities or else it's dangerous! We all have off days, remember. Just know that tomorrow is a new day and just keep going from here! You can do it!

Thank you all for your responses to my topic. Yes, today is a new day and I am looking at it eyes wide open and with a positive attitude. Just made a healthy breakfast for the family, and now my daughters and I are headed to the gym for a 2 hour workout. I'm looking forward to lossing my last 10 pounds. Without MFP and having the support it gives me, I really don't think I could be doing this on my own. So, thank you and have an awesome day! Not sure where you all are living, but here in Madison, it's cloudy and raining. Guess it's better than cloudy and snowing
