    Im an 80s geek so I have an 80s mix of rock and pop and the music motivates me to work hard to get back to the body i know I can have because I had it then lol stuff like ac/dc, def leppard, duran duran, 38 special, white snake.

    What is your genre flavor? For me personally when I am training I have to have something up beat and not too mellow. Like a lot of Hip-Hop is too mellow for me....but at the same time I dont need anything too heavy.
