no plan just following recommended carbs fat protein

hi every one am new here wanted to share that am not on any professional program. just having the recomended carbs fat and protein. doing so by calculating the macros of what ever i eat. please share what you guys are doing for weight loss and what are the results. also please let me know what am following is rite in your opinion. its my 2nd day.

Hey there,just keep a really good count on your calories and don't cheat.Also,do some kind of cardio.Maybe walking,jogging,jump rope,etc.Good luck!!0

i just had my baby she will be 3 by this 9th . i cant do any workout like walk and i dnt have any machine at home. its winters here and my baby is too small we cant take risk to take her outside.i look after the house cook mange everything my husband comes in the evening and its time for preparation of dinner. so in short i cant work out i breatfeed my baby also. now what do u suggest0

As for inability to work out, there are approximately 1440 minutes in the day so I don't think 30-60 minutes is unachievable even for a stay at home new mother, as for not getting outside or not having equipment I would recommend body-weight training programs or exercise DVDs/videos you can easily Google them or YouTube them.
Now you may think that I am being harsh but it is not only best for you to make time for exercise but also for your family because you can not take care of others if you are incapable of caring for yourself and if you are healthier you will be around a lot longer for your child and husband.0 -
u r rite i just shifted to new country things are hard to find here language problem on top of it. i used to do weight training but only buying dumbles would be enough? i want to lose and take care of my family. youtube doesnot work here. and you were not harsh it was being straight forward abd i appreciate that.0
