hi every one am new here wanted to share that am not on any professional program. just having the recomended carbs fat and protein. doing so by calculating the macros of what ever i eat. please share what you guys are doing for weight loss and what are the results. also please let me know what am following is rite in your opinion. its my 2nd day.
