What exercises to do?

I pulled my knee last night and I can barely walk. Does anyone know any good ideas of exercises to do that don't involve putting much weight on the knees?

You could do an upper body punching routine? Get those arms going to get your heart rate up.
Swim?
Or, take a rest and let your knee heal!0 -
On a bum ankle myself since Saturday, i walked for the first time last night and will slowly get myself back to running. So, take your time to recover.
Find some upper body exercises, punching is good and simple things like putting on wrist weights while doing chores like folding laundry can get your heart pumping a bit. Hope you aren't down too long.0 -
I think I overdid it running being SOOO out of shape. I should have eased into it more.0
