HELP HELP ...i need of workout ideas

HELP.... MY LAPTOP STOPPED WORKING.it cant be repaired..and all my workout videos are stored there.I don't have any internet either (using friend's WiFi)...suggest something that I can do at home (with reps ) .anything that can give me a good workout until I buy a new laptop.plzzzz ...I was doing so well ...lost 3 kilos in 11 days.i don't want this to screw everything up.I only walked today for 90 minutes

    The easiest high impact cardio work out you can do for free is running/ jogging.

    Put together a circuit. Something like 10 squats, 10 burpees, 15 crunches, 10 push-ups, 20 mountain climbers, 20 jumping jacks no stopping. 10-20 seconds rest then start it again. Lather, rinse, repeat 3-4 times.

    Personally, I would go to a bookstore (but then again I'm a book worm) and buy a workout book. There's plenty of them out there. :)
