I'm in my thirties, and I've been single for a long time. That is the girl equivalent of being a teenage boy. Exercise or not, it doesn't matter. Sigh.0

it does, it does0

After leg day I'll hump any woman in a 100 foot radius, so long as they aren't a beast. In beast mode is fine, but beastly isn't.0

Not the way I feel right after. At that point, I usually just want to take a shower and eat an obscene amount of food. But in general, yeah, I think lifting has definitely increased the testosterone flow.I'm in my thirties, and I've been single for a long time. That is the girl equivalent of being a teenage boy.
This too.0 -
After spending an hour + looking at the eye candy working their butts off its almost a given . For me its leg day too...seems i have an issue with the leg curl machine causing me distress when i use it LOL0

Keep your young 20'ish girls...give me an experienced woman in her 30's and slap some heels on her.0 -
Yep. 40 here and there was a definite libido increase when I started hitting the gym 5 days a week, and even more so when the strength training was incorporated.0

yep i saw a difference as well, plus after a shower it relaxes me even more.0

In my 40s, and I do agree that it can up the libido
Sometimes it is a theoretical upping, as in "damn I want to get laid...but I'm too tired. Love you, hon. I'll dream of you instead..." and other days it's like last night, "hey, I'm home from yoga. I'm giving the girls 20 bucks to go get taco bell for themselves for dinner. I'm having YOU for dinner and then I'll make us a massive salad with avocado. Mmm, avocado...oh yeah, strip."

Generally, I'm just about ALWAYS "in the mood", (looking at all the hot, sexy , half naked guys on this site all day long certainly doesn't help) ;But, it does seem to intensify quite a bit, and put my sex drive at it's peak after working out, especially after leg day. Those squats get me EVERY TIME!0

I'm ALWAYS in the mood, but after a really good workout, watch out!!!!!0

How do you make a *kitten* moan?
Don't pay her.
I'm here all week, tip your waitress!0
