hi every one i need support and help i need to lose 100 pounds :(
not in rush my target is within an year. am a stay at home mom so please share your tips and tricks its my second day.thank you have a nice day!

  • Im a 35 year old new stay at home mom. I have a 3 month old son. I didn't gain any weight during my pregnancy. I was 155lbs the day he was born. Im 176 now. I gained weight after he was born despite the fact that I am breastfeeding. I got the depo shot so I think that caused the weight gain, along with a healthy appetite. I suffer from anxiety which was so bad during the pregnancy I thought death was a better option. However once I had him the anxiety disappeared and my appetite appeared. Never really had an appetite since the diagnosis years ago. It came back around a month after he was born but not nearly as bad. I still have a pretty good appetite. Im juicing, although it's not recommended when breastfeeding. I eat one meal at lunch, a healthy one, usually fish and quinoa. I juice the rest of the day. The last time I exclusively juiced I lost 11lbs in 14 days. It's not easy if u have no willpower. I also walk on a treadmill 30 minutes in interval speeds and inclines every couple of days I've lost a pound a day since saturday.
    100 lbs is alot to lose. I suggest watching fat, sick, and nearly dead on netflix. It inspired me. The guy Phil in the documentary lost 97 pounds in about two to three months but he exclusively juiced. Idk if ur interested in such quick weight loss, but its a proven method.
