Advice wanted: how to lose more quickly?

I have 15 to go, but it is coming off veeerrryy slowly. Any advice on how to speed it up (healthily)?

    How slow are we talking here? Generally the less you have to lose the slower it will come off, but it depends on a few things.

    How tall are you and how much do you weigh currently? How many calories are you eating now and how much activity/exercise are you doing?
  • I think of weight loss as an elastic being pulled,
    Its not hard the beginning but the last few centimeters have the most resistance to the effort applied.
    either cut calorie or exercise more?
    I would chose to exercise a little longer every session.

    The last 10-15 are the hardest. I've been eating about the same calories (making better choices macro wise), but exercising harder & have had great results. I suggest changing up your workout routine & watching your macros. Good luck
