Healthier pre-packaged snacks and quick meals?

I get really tired of having to prepare every damn thing I eat. To the point where I just don't and end up eating junk food. Clearly it's part of a bigger problem than just that, but I'm trying to take care of one facet of it, which is my lack of healthy snacks available in the home. I'm hoping for some stuff that won't require any prep besides opening it or microwaving it. I have a tendency to eat volume too (since I am a big dude), so nothing crazy expensive please.

For quick meals, I like one of the shrink wrapped sweet potatos, nuked for 6 minutes, with a precooked frozen chicken breast. Throw on some salsa over the breast and wa la.
For a snack, pita bread and hummus. Or Peanut Butter and celery, or pbj on some 40 cal bread with sugar free jelly or peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Greek yogurt with some almonds as a snack is another go to of mine.

Beef jerky. Just sits there, waiting for you to consume it, never complaining, never needing refrigeration, right there by the remote control next to your couch, supplying all of the proteinz
