I just saw this somewhere else and thought it was cool: If you could write a note to your younger self in only two words, what would it say?

Mine would probably just say, "Work out".

Or, "You're pretty"...

Possibly, "Stupid *****"... :laugh:

    Ooooooh good question! It probably would be something along the lines of: "no regrets" :smile: I held back a lot in my younger days, and wish I had done a bit more

    Stay physically active. Hit the gym if you can but that shouldn't be your only exercise.
