So in September I did an allergy test and found out I was allergic to several environmental allergies and food allergies.( Apples, Bananas, Apricots, Corn, Spinach, Carrots, Lima Beans and something else)

Does anyone know any gluten free recipes that I can follow?

Please don't take this as my being snarky, but there are a gazillion "Gluten Free" recipes out there! hehe

If you do a search for "gluten free recipes" you'll have more than you know what to do with. That also goes for books full of them. Narrowing it down to more of a specific nature will help. Searching for "gluten free muffins", or "gluten free pasta" etc etc will help you along your journey.

I too can't tolerate gluten. It's not such a horrible thing to have as it used to be. Days past, there was so FEW things anyone with gluten intolerance could eat. Now.. even Domino's Pizza offers a gluten free crust (and OH MY GOSH its good! Delicious)
  • It was tough for me when I first had to go gluten free. But, it's become so much easier now than it was for me- and it wasn't even that long ago!

Here are a few to get you started:
Google Weight Watchers Mexican chicken and bean pizza- yum!
Betty Crocker's website has a gluten free recipe index
Also, skinnytaste.com - she has calories laid out for you, and an entire gluten free section

And FYI, most anything you loved before can be modified into a gluten free alternative. Just get through the first couple of weeks/months and it'll become easy.
