Hi,

My name is Sorcha, I live in Ireland. I have previously lost 100 pounds but gained back 70 after getting a bit too comfortable with my fiance and too many takeaways. We recently decided to try for a baby, so that has given me a new push in the right direction as I want to be healthy for me and any future little me's :)

Yo-yo dieting has always been a problem with me. I will be good all week but come the weekend I feel like I have earned an extra treat but that turns into a few extra treats and before long I'm back to square one and all my hard work throughout the week has been for nothing it feels.
I love going to the gym and feel great afterwards, so it's just getting my eating under control.

Any people in the same boat.. or just any friendly motivational people please add me :)

    Yeah we are with you! I think the majority of folks on here have been yo yo dieters... lol Anyway having a baby is excellent motivation, so whenever you are about to overindulge just think of that precious baby to be.

    Yes, deciding to try for a baby has definitely given me an extra push again to lose the weight kcb0308, it's not only for me this time so it helps for sure. I just need to write it on my fridge door now to remind myself :P

    Melissacone.. I have actually done the Insanity workout and it has helped a lot to kick start my fitness again, I would recommend them to anyone. Wish there were classes around where I live though.
