I listen to anything by Hatebreed or Combichrist at the moment while lifting weights.

When running, I listen to Decade of Aggression by Slayer and then put 'Training Montage' from the Rocky IV Soundtrack on when I start to flag on the last 1-2km. It works!!!

I generally listen to anything that's fast, loud, and prevents me from hearing my own breathing which is usually hard rock or metal of some kind.

But lately I've been running to The Glitch Mob.

I listen to mostly punk while working out. Some of my favorites are:

Social Distortion - Reach for the Sky, Winners and Losers, Don't Drag Me Down
Rancid - Killing Zone, Fall Back Down, Radio, I Wanna Riot
Flogging Molly - Drunken Lullabies, The Seven Deadly Sins, Black Friday Rule
The Clash - Train in Vain, Police on my Back

I've also been listening to Frank Turner a lot lately since attending one of his shows. It's kind of tame overall but I like it because the tempo changes. I speed up the treadmill and push myself during the up tempo times.

I am so glad you asked this! I've been burnt out on my old standbys and looking for something new. I'll have to try some of these out!
