    Please tell me the best friend is not your best friend anymore. There is a code among friends. Don't mess with each others love. She is not a friend. Good for you for taking care of you. If anything will improve your frame of mind its treating yourself well. I am so happy for you.

    That is AWESOME! I understand using the anger, my ex told me I couldn't make it through basic training. When I felt like I'd had enough I reminded myself of that and used it to keep going. The day I graduated I called him and let him know, and reminded him I had just done something he couldn't.

    i did not move off the couch 4 days i just kept replaying the movie sex and the city 3 over and over again.

    I know this is a kind of sad story with a bittersweet ending, but I just had to smile and laugh at that part. Congrats on your weight loss and moving forward with your life.
