Lol, I don't use TDEE estimates at all. I take a sedentary BMR number, add for activity/ exercise on a pretty much daily basis and don't drift far from the macros/ numbers. When I do it's all good - not on a mission to get "ripped" although if it starts to happen, I wouldn't complain! : )0 -
