The website says I only burn 367 cal when I do 30 mins of the elliptical but the machine says I burned 560. Which one do I go by?

I recommend underestimating calories burned through exercise. Machine tallies are notoriously generous in calories burned estimates. For more accurate tracking you could try a heart rate monitor and record the calories burned from that device.0

Always underestimate the burn unless you have a heart rate monitor.0

Thanks, I'm going to look into getting a heart rate monitor.0
