she's back(cue cheesy horror music here)

Long story made short. Bare with me. Yo yo dieted. Lost. Gained. Lost. Gained. Became pregnant. Got engaged. Had baby. Was huggggeee. Started exercising. Watched what I ate. Went from 240 to 208. Started mfp. Lost 8 pounds. Became a single parent. Got depressed. Lost ten pounds. Got happy after time. Gained ten pounds. Now im here again to STOP this craziness and take control of my weight.

My question is where do I start? What helped you through your struggles? Has mfp been wonderful to you? How has you life changed since weight loss?
