Ladies : Insuline resistant or not insulene resistant

Hi there
i am suffering from PCOS and i hve heard alot about ladies having PCOS and insuline resistant. I have a very stupid question to ask(may be for some, but not for me) how would i know i am insuline resistant or not???? my RANDOM blood sugar level is 99.6mg/dl.
Actually i dnt knw anything abt it because my doctor did not tell me anything regarding it.So, seeking your help with this issue

    Was the random blood sugar fasting?

    I think you need to take the 3-hour Glucola test or get blood work (A1c) to get any real idea of your blood sugar issues.
