from a fat *kitten* to a fit guy

I just wanted to share my story here as myFitnesspal helped me achieve my goal. I was pretty much a goner after college as i was constantly eating junk and playing video games all night. I'm about 5F6 and was about 215LBS, so the weight definitely looked bad on me. One day I was watching some movie and saw all these guys and girls with their fit body and stomach and i said i want to be like that. My friends laughed and said YA OK.. and right there and then.. that was my strength to get to my goal. I started eating healthy, tracking everything via myfitness pal and started to do p90X. I was losing weight so rapidly that i was pretty unhealthy. Doctor recommended to slow down, but i just wanted to get to that fit body. After 90 days, i saw a big difference, however, i was stuck with lose skin on my belly. Then i did it again for another 90 days and that's when everything came into place. I went below 10% body fat and gained muscle and looking better than ever. Now i am always working out and eating healthy.
