I would love some opinions!

Hello everyone,
I went through a very long three month plateau, and I thought I had broken through it, but now I am no so sure.

Here are some of my stats. I'm 20 years old, 5'5', 154 pounds. I zig zag my calories and it averages out to 12,600 a week. I am very strict about what I eat, and write down everything I eat so I know I am not underestimating my calories. I started zig zagging my calories in hopes of breaking through this plateau. After a few weeks I dropped 3 pounds, that was a few weeks ago and the scale has not moved since then.

I do turbofire 6 days a week, I do cardio all 6 days for about 45 minutes to an hour, and I also do strength training 3 days a week for about 30 minutes. According to my polar 4t heart rate monitor I burn an average of 600 calories a workout, however I do not know if that is completely accurate or not. For the rest of the day I would consider myself sedentary.

I would love some opinions on this. Should I increase my calories, should I decrease them? Am I doing too much cardio? I am obviously missing something and it would be amazing if someone could shed some light on this for me.

Thank You!!! :)

Do you use a digital food scale for your food?
So you basically eat 1800 calories a day, I am guessing you do not eat back exercise calories?
    Cheat days?

You want a food scale, I would say stop eating exercise calories, and cut back on cheat days if you have them.. or stop them all together at the moment.

I find that working out for even a few minutes BEFORE eating helps a lot. I do 8-10 minute weights before breakfast, 10 minute walk before lunch, and some cardio before dinner. Just a thought!

Also, be sure to regulate your sodium and sugar intake, and make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Obvious, I know, but it has to be said.
