Bodymedia Fit...Need Advice (New User)

I'm 36 and unhappy with myself. I'm looking for friends and supporters to help me on this journey to a new me. I just purchased the Bodymedia Armband to help me on my journey. I'm looking for any advice or helpful ideas. Has anyone else used this and has it been beneficial? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. :smile:

    Hi, I just ordered one this week and tracking says it won't be here until next friday but it would be fun and motivating to go through it together if you like? I've been on MFP since April and have been successful but I've gotten off track and this is my new motivational toy :-)
