Yonanas!
I got a Yonanas machine a few months back, never bothered to use it, relegated it to the far corner of the kitchen cabinet. Now I'm trying, very much in earnest, to lose weight and so I tried out my Yonanas, finally. It's so fantastic! I can't imagine how the humble banana could turn into such a delicious treat!! (Cough, maybe it's because I added agave nectar to it). I am trying out different combos, and wondering if anyone with a Yonanas (or with, ya know, a food processor, which apparently does the same thing) has any fun recipes/combinations.
This is what I did last night, and it was ridiculously good. I literally licked the bowl.
1.5 banana
a few pieces of sliced mango
a generous sprinkling of cinnamon
a teaspoon of Agave
a dash of vanilla extract
