Hi all! Here's a brief history: I'm 30 yrs old, 5'4 and 162 lbs. I carry all my weight in my midsection so I feel like I don't look proportioned. I had 3 kids basically back to back and my youngest just turned 1. I joined a gym and have been working out regularly for a month and have cut bread, pasta, white potatoes, rice and sweets out of my diet. (I basically lived on bread and pasta before... super unhealthy, I know). I am now incredibly discouraged as I have not lost one pound nor have I lost any inches. I don't count calories but when I have in the past I would have to force myself to get to 1200 at the end of the day (I was barely getting 900). I eat light yogurt for breakfast, have protein and fruit or veggies for lunch and protein and veggies (or just veggies) for dinner. Is it possible I'm not losing weight b/c I'm not eating enough? If anyone can offer any help it would be greatly appreciated.
