Hello all...My name is Rachel. I am from the Cleveland area...I was on MFP a while ago and lost 40 lbs. Although, over time, I had gained all the weight back plus ten pounds. UGH. So, I am starting over completely, new slate! I need friends! Add me! :) I will fill out the rest of my profile tomorrow.

    Welcome back Rachel! New beginnings are always exciting. Remember, its a lifestyle change, not all about the scale, at least that's what I keep having to repeat to myself. Best of luck to you and I sent you a friend request.

    I hear ya, I had lost 30 pounds then I sat down...oops, so I'm on top of it again too!
