I just joined today and so far this is a awesome site very helpful. I can only speak for myself when I say loosing this weight is really tough and I know that it helps to have friends along the way that's going through or have been where I am now. So I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of new friends. If I can be a help or motivation to someone please let me. I'm excited.
