Alright I'm 18 at 116 pounds I'm on a workout diet to build muscle and gain weight last night I went to Mr. Gattis and ate about 16 slices and 4brownies basically around 5,000 calories today I thought I would have gained around a pound well maybe I did idk but recently because of creatine I have been having bad water retentoon and looked pretty swollen now after I ate all this for dinner I look in the mirror and look thinner and it seems like I lost most of the water retention and I can see my abs A LOT better
Question is how is this possible?
Any question i'll gladly answer thanks.

Could be the muscles swelling?
(I don't actually know just a thought)0 -
Well, it's only since yesterday, so all that food is still in the digestion process...so it hasn't had time to change your fat/etc. Maybe it's filled up your gut so it's pushing the muscles out from behind. LOL0

B'day, pizzas & brownies plus water retention. Could be done in a week0 -
rb16fitness yes I weghted 108 7 days ago but that was an empty stomach and a week ago I recently started bulking to gain weight while working out I have gained due to me eating more calories and now I added the "cheat meal" and also yea I already posted this but last time it had negative affects like bloating etc I just had a positive affect this time around and wanted to ask how I actually looked better than last time. I have concluded that I was way to low on calories basically anorexia and have recently been eating better except for my occasional pizza day sorry if I offended some with asking twice I didnt get any replies the first time around0
