I found this smoothie recipe I tried it and all though it's not EXACTLY like punkin pie it was a great substitute and it was REALLY REALLY yummy. So yummy in fact I drank the whole thing. :blushing:

Ingredients:
•1/2 cup pumpkin puree
•1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana
•3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (I used Mountain High fat free all Natural Vanilla yogurt)
•1 tbsp honey
•1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
•1/4 tsp vanilla extract
•1 cup crushed ice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed.
Makes two servings

  • Oh wow, I think I have all those ingredients, for once! Well, not exactly, but nothing a little addition or two won't help (plain Greek yogurt + extract, for instance).

    Thanks for the recipe!
  • That sounds so good!
  • LOVE pumpkin pie so I will have to try this. TFS!

OOOHHH This sounds yummy!! I drove past Jack in the Box yesterday and they have their pumpkin pie shakes on the menu right now, oh my weakness! So this is a great substitute for those days when I can't resist the temptation.
