Just under Calorie Goal But Gained Weight

Hi
I have been consistently loosing approx 2lbs per week since starting but have gained 3 lbs this week. I have not changed anything. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Don't worry about a one week gain at this point. Keep doing what you are doing and check your weight next week. There are a lot of factors that may make you gain temporarily. I've experienced the same thing. A gain after being really consistant at loosing then the next week down what was gained plus and additional pound or two. Good luck and great job on the loss!!
