normal the itch comes from the cells in your skin repairing themselves and re-tighten.

Itchy stomach? What do you mean - the skin on your tummy itches? Or do you feel something internally, like from within your gut?

An exfoliating soap and collagen+vitamin E lotion helps a lot!

I mean on the skin, it's a horrible itch that just won't stop. I have started to use vit e moisturiser so hopefully helps, was just checking I'm not a weirdo or something lol

Is there any certain thing you have added to your diet or increased? Do you have a rash or hives? I just learned I have food allergies to corn and soy. They are in everything. If you increase anything your body is sensitive to, it may cause itching as well. It has taken me about 7 years to get a diagnosis, because the itching and rashes would come and go.

Same thing happened to me. When I did the low fat diet thing, my skin got really dry, scaley and itchy. Used to buy tons of moisturizer creams. And they didn't work. Now that I'm doing LCHF diet, my skin regained its natural emollient condition.

Sorry for late reply. The this happens to me quite regularly. It could be associated with diet but not so sure as I still eat a good amount of fat. Could be fat cells breaking down which I hope it is lol. But really appreciate the replies here guys. Don't seem to have rashes etc I do have a tad try skin there due to itching which I so can't resist lol

Have you been to a doctor to ask for a diagnosis?

    What did the doctor suggest?
  • Interesting topic, I had this too.. it's settled at the minute, so can't really offer any advice.
