so just did this workout for the first time thinking as I have done, 6w6packs, multiple rounds of the shred and r.i.p.30, as well as no more trouble zone and extreme shred and shed and tea bo it would be a walk in the park :blushing: , boy was I wrong. I started on level 2 which I will be doing for 1 month along with pc fitness. The calorie burn was amazing for 42 minutes, 450 I sweat so much I had to get a new top before starting my hour of pc fitness, so glad it was upper body day(on P.C Fitness). The workout was tough but very enjoyable Anita, Jillian and Natalie genuinely seem to be having fun which just made the workout flyby, even Anita who was doing the hard version had trouble keeping up. I read some where that each level was done in 1 day for 18 hours at a time, so I can understand the keeping up problem from Anita. I'm 5'4 and 167lbs so didn't expect to have that big a calorie burn. I work out for 2hrs at a time 6 days a week normally, I enjoy keeping fit. you get a great calorie burn for a workout less that 50 minutes . sorry that should read thighs, can't seem to change it for some reason.

I've been eyeing the killer buns and thighs dvd for a while but jillian scares the crap out of me. I'm in pretty good shape but her videos leave me laying on the floor contemplating the meaning of life.0
