    The two most inhumane foods... Veal and foie gras



    Never had foie gras, but goose liver doesn't sound appealing, and we raised a calf once for veal, it was pasture-raised, not in a shed, still was like beef flavored chewing gum. No thanks, mature beef is so much better.

    Gross in concept, but very yummy. That, and marrow. The French make some funky, but delicious foods.
