Before and After 60 lbs.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my before and after pics now that I know how to post them! I'm shooting for at least 5 more lbs. I'm 5'4" and I've lost 60 lbs! Thanks to MFP and all of my friends here. You kept me going! :flowerforyou:

Before- 195 lbs

    Thanks so much everyone!! :happy: I do feel great! It's funny the pic in the yellow shirt is from my high school graduation night... Now, I'm 23. I always hear people saying how they looked their best in high school and I'm doing my best now! It's all thanks to the support and planning and of course MFP! :)

    Thanks so much for sharing the pics. I am 5'3 and it is nice to see the pics of others in my height range. You look fabulous and should be so proud of your accomplishment. I am shooting for a similiar goal weight (130 ish) ....you are a true inspiration. I am going to send you a friend request....need support from others on MFP that have stuck with the program.
