Calories burned during strength training?

I wish the exercise section would post how many calories are burned during strength training just like it shows for cardio. Any body have a good site or reference where I could figure out how many calories are burned during certain strength training activites?

exrx.net ain't too bad. But it just lists "weight training (normal)" and weight training (Intense) for activities0

I think it's really hard to measure only by factoring in the activity you did and the time as calories burnt with strength training highly depend on number of reps you did and on how heavy you lifted/pushed yourself.
The best way to calculate would probably be by wearing a heart rate watch or something similar.
Otherwise I found quite good to use the "strength training" entry under the "cardio" database in MFP.
Another option I've been using recently is to log it through RunKeeper (which I have synced with mfp) - it does offer some options for strength training.0 -
I use a HRM to gauge my calories burned. I use the Polar FT4- it was $70, but well worth it to make sure I wasn't under or over eating. It turned out that my calories burned were much greater than that of most online websites. An hour weight lifting session usually runs from 400-600 calories burned for me. Depends on if I'm going for stamina- quantity of reps or maxing out my weight lifting.0

Depending on the workout, and how much I rest between sets, my burn can vary.0
