Help! I'm in a rut that I can't seem to get out of

Ok, so I'm feeling - I don't know what the word is - stressed at work, stressed at home, problems with my back, extremely exhausted and all I want to do is eat crapt - someone help me get out of this rut!

    Do solution for me (does not mean it would work for you) was to stop meals and only take snacks. Started with maximum 60 calory snack every 30 minutes. Then started to eat less and less snacks. I am currently in a position where I barely eat. I do not feel good all the time and I do feel more tired but the weight is going down. I will have to teach my body to eat normal again one day but not now.

    Try to take walks in a quiet place like a park. Go swimming if you can. Do something that will reduce your stress. It's not easy but you can do it.

    Try to recenter and think about why you are doing this to begin with? you kids, your happiness. Also if possible take the temptation away, don't put those things in your house, i know thats not always possible, but if it is it helps. Also try to remember the healthier you and the more you work out it will help with the stress, the pain, and the exhaustion. Your body releases endorphines from working out they make you happy :) Keep on Keepin :D
