Hi there! I just started T25 2 weeks ago and am now just into my 3rd week. I have been following the diet plan closely (1100 cal/day) and haven't lost a pound. I am discouraged already. The one positive is that I did lose about 1/2 inch off my waist. I have to do the modified most of the time due to bum knees. I would love to join a group for encouragement. Laura0

Weight loss isn't the only indicator of success, you're most likely adding muscle at the same time hence the scale stays the same. Keep measuring - 1/2" off your waits is good, have you lost inches anywhere else?0

I've been doing T25 for about 5 weeks now (Just finished Alpha today). I've had to modify almost every exercise, but I try to keep it as high energy as possible. One thing to remember is that changes in your body will not always be measured accurately by the scale. I still weigh myself every week, but I've also taken to doing my measurements every week as well. I see much more progress through my measurements from week to week than I do with the scale number. Also, every place I've seen T25 discussed has mentioned that the scale probably won't move very much in the first month, but the measurements will. You can also take pictures on a weekly basis; having this weekly comparison will definitely help to point out any changes.
For my own progress, I've dropped 43 lbs. I feel that my weight loss is largely due to my calorie deficit (TDEE is 2800, been eating around 1800). The way I see it, my diet lost me the weight and T25 is changing my body comp. I realize this isn't entirely accurate, but it helps to motivate me.
You will need to push yourself. There will be days where you will not be happy about working out, or will not be happy about having to not eat something, or whatever. You need to push yourself through those days however you can: give yourself a little treat at the end of a successful diet day or get yourself a massage at the end of a successful workout week. We're all humans, we like to have a reward system. You can do it; some days will be harder than others, but you can definitely do it.0 -

I am so excited about all the words of encouragement...I also believe diet will help me lose the weight and T25 will change my body comp...Dont be discouraged by the scale...As I mentioned in my first post I did T25 a couple months back and it truly changed my body...I am the same weight now as I was when doing T25 but I looked at pictures last night when I was doing T25 and I look so much more tone and fit and smaller all around...It is amazing what it can do for your body even if your weight stays the same..0

Weighed myself yesterday after 3 weeks doing T25. I have lost 4 pounds! I lost another 1/2 inch off my waist and a 1/2 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my bust. My pants are looser! I am a bit sore today, but I always am after doing Lower Focus and Ab Intervals. I am anxiously awaiting the day that doesn't happen any more . I can tell that my abs are a bit firmer under the chub. Good luck everyone! We can reshape ourselves! I am 56 years old and don't think it's too late to get in shape.0

I did Total Body circuit today and had to modify nearly everything in it. Despite that I was dripping sweat onto the floor. Modify does not mean easy! Keep it up!0

How soon does it get better? I am nearly done with week 4 and am really struggling -- but I do keep moving and finish, so I guess that's a plus.0 -
The weight loss is not an easy way. I recorded a long time exercised and strict diet plan etc.0
