I like the formula with 9 exercises, 1 minute each, total of 3 sets with 1 minute rest in between sets.
I like to mix strength and cardio as well with something similar to these:
1 - Split Squats (or any squat variations)
2 - push ups (or any variations)
3 - sprints + chest on the ground + sprint back
4 - walking lunges
5 - travelling burpees
6 - butterfly sit-ups
7 - mountain climbers
8 - tricep dips
9 - skipping rope
Hope it helps (it's also my first post here!)0 -
What equipment do you have access to?
What fitness level(s) are your participants?0 -
Not much equipment few benches weights mats etc but am thinking more bodyweight stuff also the level of fitness will be heavily mixed so each excises will need to be able to made easier or harder0
