    I'm 5'3" and my current size is 2. Except for my calves which I have to size up for :(

    I'm aiming to be a size 0. Don't really care about how much I weigh but I'd estimate myself at 110 currently.

    5ft 4,5 here, well my current weight is 122 pounds and my goal is to get to about 118 but that being said , I go a lot more by my appearance then the scale, because I am mostly interested in putting on muscle. My starting weight on mfp was actually the weight I am now :D Then I dropped as low as 105 (bad) and then I started focusing on strength training, and now I am back to my starting weight but my body looks completely different than before (because now my muscle to fat ratio)

    Well, I am 5'5" and 177 with 30% bodyfat. I am a size 10. I would like to get down to about 24% body fat, which will put me about 163. This is higher than my supposed healthy BMI range of up to 150 ish but at that range I would be about 17% body fat, which is way lower than I want to go. I am working hard to maintain lean mass while losing fat. Ironically, I currently have more lean mass than the OP actually weighs with fat & lean mass put together. It's funny how we can be similar in height and have completely different bodies. My goal size is 7/8 and having been that size before, I know I don't want to be any lower. My ideal body type would be curvy yet very athletic like Serena Williams. I guess I will re-evaluate when I get there and see if I want to go down a few more pounds. 39-32-40 currently

    I'm 5' 4" (technically I get rounded up from 5' 3 1/2') and right now am sitting really high for a small frame at 193. Depending on body fat and how I look I'm aiming to get back down in the 115-130 range. I've been 120 with 10% bf and 120 with 20+% so it's not only about what's on that scale... I KNOW hands down which 120 looked better!

    Stats wise: 193 current - 115 to 130 goal
    12/14 sz - down to a 3/5 pref.
    waist.. has Got To Go! It's a 37, I want my 24 back.

    So, if "essential body fat" for women is 10-13% (anything else and you probably aren't menstruating) and 20% is in the athletic range, are you saying you want to be in the non-menstruating range? That's disturbing!:noway:

    I want to see how I feel at a size 4, but I might eventually want to get down to a size 2. But I'm always going to have big boobies (they haven't shrunk hardly at all all even though I've lost almost 20 lbs since I started), and I want a figure to balance them out. I liked being at a size 2 before I put on my weight and didn't like it.. But that was also before my breast reduction, so I might feel more balanced now. We'll see. Mostly I'd like to be able to be toned and slender, but I still want a little softness. So I've aimed for a higher number within my healthy range. Again, I'll re-evaluate when I get closer to my goal, but that's what I'm aiming for right now.

    I am 5"4 123lbs my goal weight was 130lbs but ive reached that going for 115lbs im just slowly starting to fit size 0 they are only a small bit snug my size range in jeans is 0-3

    I'm a bit shorter but what the hay! I'm 5ft exactly. Weigh 154. Currently fit US 6 would like to be US 4.
    Waist: 28.5 would like it to be 27 - very thick waist for my height
    Thighs: 36 and they are probably not getting any smaller cos theres not much but muscle there.
    All my fat is around my stomach! GO AWAY FAT!

    I am 5 feet four and I am at 157 lbs. I would like to get to 145 but it seems to be elusive. I have been doing fitbit since April of 2013 and have lost only 5.9 lbs. I have been exercising and watching my food and have lost little lbs.
